These amounts reflect the 2012 Budget adopted at the November 29, 2011 Combined Budget Meeting, Board of Directors, and Special Meeting of the Association.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT JANUARY 2011 - OCTOBER 2021:
A $22,840.00 per unit Special Assessment ("SA#6"), payable over 44 quarters (11 years), was adopted payable as follows:
January 2011 - October 2014: $815 each of 16 Quarters.
January 2015 - October 2021: $350 each of 28 Quarters.

2012 OPERATING & MAINTENANCE BUDGET:
January 2012 through October 2012: The quarterly operating and maintenance fee is $850.

2012 TOTALS DUE:  January 1, April 1, July 1, & October 1, 2012:
The quarterly operating and maintenance fee is $850.
The reserve assessment will be Special Assessment #6 of $815 per quarter.
The total amount of each of four 2012 quarterly payments is $1,665.00.
